Warranty and Returns
At MTNEARZ, we take pride in the quality and durability of every product we design and produce. Each item is created with care using high-quality materials and precise printing processes.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our products against defects in design, workmanship, or materials. If you believe your item has failed due to one of these issues, please contact us — we want to make it right.
Because our products are made from durable materials, damage from impact or misuse (such as being struck by a garrocha pole, dropped, or knocked over) is not covered under this warranty.
How to Request Support
If you experience an issue:
- Email us at ken@mtnearz.com
- Include your name, order details, and clear photos of the item showing the issue
- Briefly describe what happened and how the product was being used
We'll review your information and determine whether a replacement, repair, or store credit is appropriate. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, based on the details provided.
Returns
Because every MTNEARZ product is custom-printed and made to order, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been produced. If a product arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate requests received before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
In most cases, MTNEARZ covers shipping for approved warranty replacements or returns. However, if return shipping costs become excessive or unnecessary, we reserve the right to adjust this policy and may ask customers to return or dispose of items locally after documentation. We'll always communicate clearly before any changes are made.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are not refundable in the event of a return, refusal, or non-delivery.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to separate terms outlined in individual account agreements.
